2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Products that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized products may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective.

3. Return Process

To request a refund or return:

  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.

Products must be returned in their original condition with packaging, invoice, and accessories.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), customers may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return process must be followed.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
