1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order before the product is shipped from our warehouse.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:

• Order ID
• Registered email or phone number
• Reason for cancellation

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel the order.

In such cases, customers may follow the Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.

3. Cancellation by AnythingStore.in

AnythingStore.in reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable
• Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed due to a technical error
• Payment is not successfully completed
• Order appears fraudulent or suspicious
• Delivery location is not serviceable

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled successfully:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
